Great location indeed awesome pool, Hotel staff fulfilled all my enquiries such as baby cot and honeymoon set up prior my arrival and my check in experience was awesome overall i loved it, will comeback again in the future
Cleanliness ! My room was 511, bed sheets and duvet cover were stained. The slippers in the room was not changed from the previous guest, shower tiles is bad caused of mould, both bathroom glasses beside the sink is full of finger marks and smudges, wardrobe and minibar drawer were dusty, kettle jug was dirty inside. Sorry to say about it but i am HSK supervision at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour Australia

The room is really nice, clean, nice view and big room.
The room is really nice, clean, nice view and big room. The location is very centralised and the staff very friendly and helpful.
The pillows couch in the pool looks dirty and dusty. The creeks around the pool are smell and lots of rubbish sadly.

the friendliness of the staffs, spacious room, and the hotel has a direct access to a mall (phinisi point mall), also only 10 - 13 minutes drive to the Losari Beach.
taste is of course a personal choice, but for me the breakfast and food served in the restaurant during lunch were mostly bland. the bedroom is spacious, but for a four star hotel i expect a little bit more in their interior design. the bed is a bit hard.

Some of the outdoor area seating looked a bit worn, staff were not very accommodating or polite when I asked for an early check in. Very noisy pool area- someone was on a mic either celebrating or calling to prayer on the rooftop and by the pool area.
