Great location indeed awesome pool, Hotel staff fulfilled all my enquiries such as baby cot and honeymoon set up prior my arrival and my check in experience was awesome overall i loved it, will comeback again in the future
Cleanliness ! My room was 511, bed sheets and duvet cover were stained. The slippers in the room was not changed from the previous guest, shower tiles is bad caused of mould, both bathroom glasses beside the sink is full of finger marks and smudges, wardrobe and minibar drawer were dusty, kettle jug was dirty inside. Sorry to say about it but i am HSK supervision at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour Australia

The room is really nice, clean, nice view and big room.
The room is really nice, clean, nice view and big room. The location is very centralised and the staff very friendly and helpful.
The pillows couch in the pool looks dirty and dusty. The creeks around the pool are smell and lots of rubbish sadly.

hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. I have booked 2 rooms and 2 night with connecting door and it was really helpfull for us. Thank you Rinra Hotel.

Amazing
The hotel is really nice very modern and the room is clean the bed is really comfortable and all the staff were really helpful and welcoming . There is a new mall connected to the hotel its fairly new so there aren’t many retail shops but there are many coffee shops/restaurants you can choose from. The breakfast have many choices from traditional indonesian dishes to western dishes. Love having breakfast with a view.
